Terms of Service in Salem, NJ
The rules for using this site, in plain English. Written by a contractor, not a law firm.
Acceptance
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Continued use after we update the terms means you’ve accepted the updated version.
Use of site
Use the site the way you’d expect: read it, fill out the forms, look at the gallery, request an estimate. Don’t try to hack it, scrape it for resale, copy our content for your own competing site, or misrepresent who you are when you contact us. All photos, copy, and design on the site belong to Triumph Concrete Coatings.
Estimates
Our on-site estimates are free. An estimate — verbal or written — is not a binding contract. A job becomes binding only when both parties sign a written contract with scope, price, and schedule. Until then, either side can walk away with no obligation.
Pricing
Any prices, ranges, or examples shown on this site are illustrative. They’re here to help you ballpark a budget — they’re not a quote. Your final price will be set in writing in your signed estimate, based on what we actually see when we walk your slab.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. The specific terms of the workmanship warranty — what’s covered, for how long, and what voids it — are written into the signed contract for each individual job. Manufacturer warranties on coating materials are passed through per the manufacturer’s terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by New Jersey law, Triumph Concrete Coatings’ liability for any claim related to use of this site or services described on it is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific job. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The website is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy or uptime.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute relating to these terms or to a contracted job will be handled in the appropriate courts of New Jersey, in the county where the work was performed or where our principal place of business is located.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time — usually to reflect a change in how we run the business or a change in law. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend checking back occasionally.
