Patio Concrete Coatings in
South Jersey
Color and texture pressed into a sealed, slip-resistant surface that handles freeze-thaw, foot traffic, grills, and weather — without the joints, weed lines, or shifting of pavers.

One continuous sealed surface. Nothing to shift, settle, or sprout through.
Decorative Concrete.
Built for the Backyard.
A coated patio is decorative concrete done right for the outdoors. Color, flake, and texture get broadcast into a polyurea base coat, then sealed under a clear UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat. The result is a continuous, slip-resistant surface that doesn’t fade, doesn’t stain, and doesn’t shift the way pavers do.
We see a lot of homeowners pull out tired pavers because the joints filled with weeds, the sand washed away, and the surface heaved through a few freeze-thaw cycles. A coated patio fixes all of that with one sealed surface — nothing to settle, nothing to sprout, nothing to refill every spring.
And it holds up to how you actually use the patio. Grills, heavy planters, metal furniture feet, juice spills, dog tracks, hose-downs after a cookout. It cleans with water and a soft brush. No sealing every year. No re-staining.

Outlast Pavers
Real outdoor durability. No franchise sales pitch — just what the system actually does in South Jersey weather.
Color & Texture That Lasts
Decorative flake or quartz broadcast into the resin, then sealed under a UV-stable topcoat. The color is locked in, not painted on top.
Slip-Resistant When Wet
Standard slip-resistance built into the broadcast. Step out of the pool, hose down the patio, host in the rain — you keep your footing.
Built for Jersey Freeze-Thaw
Polyaspartic chemistry that stays flexible through winter. Salt, ice melt, and freeze-thaw cycles don’t lift the coating off the slab.
UV-Stable Topcoat
A clear UV-stable topcoat keeps the color from yellowing or chalking in direct South Jersey sun, year after year.
Hose-Down Clean
Pollen, grill drips, juice spills, dog tracks — all rinse off. No more staining, no more pressure-washing weeds out of joints.
No Joints, No Weed Lines
Unlike pavers, a coated patio is one continuous sealed surface. Nothing to shift, settle, or sprout weeds through.

Four South Jersey Favorites
Real flake samples broadcast and sealed the way we’ll do it on your patio. Bring your siding color, mulch, or a furniture swatch to the estimate and we’ll match it.

Natural Tan
Warm sand tones that blend with stone, wood decking, and most landscaping.

Slate Gray
Cool, modern grays that pair with white siding, black trim, and gravel beds.

Warm Earth
Terracotta and chestnut tones for traditional brick and red-mulch landscaping.

Classic Charcoal
Deep graphite with subtle silver flake — dramatic contrast against green lawn.
These are four of our most-installed finishes — custom flake blends are available on request.

(856) 275-1809Pavers look great on day one, but the joints fill with sand, then weeds, then they shift with freeze-thaw. A coated patio is one continuous sealed surface — no joints, no weed lines, no settling. It also costs less than a full paver tear-out in most cases.
Lighter colors (Natural Tan, Slate Gray) stay noticeably cooler than dark concrete or dark pavers in direct sun. We can also spec a heat-reflective topcoat for full-sun patios — ask about it during the estimate.
Polyaspartic systems are built for freeze-thaw climates. The coating stays flexible through the cycle, and the UV-stable topcoat doesn’t chalk or yellow in sun. With normal residential use you should expect a decade or more before any refresh.
Yes. The broadcast flake or quartz layer creates micro-texture across the whole surface, so wet feet, rain, and pool splash don’t turn it into a skating rink. If you want even more grip, we can adjust the broadcast density during the estimate.
Most of the time, yes — if the slab is structurally sound. We diamond-grind the surface to a clean profile, repair cracks and spalled edges, then coat. If the slab is heaving or badly broken, we’ll tell you straight and walk through options.
No. The coating handles grill heat shadow, furniture feet, planter drainage, and dropped tools without scarring. It cleans up with a hose. The only real ask: use coasters under cast-iron grill legs in the same spot for years.
