The Triumph Concrete Coatings team brings commercial spec experience and knows what a real commercial spec looks like — and what it costs when prep gets cut.

The Triumph Commercial System

Industrial floors, specced for the way your building actually runs.

Triumph Concrete Coatings is run by the Triumph Concrete Coatings team, who spent years with Triumph Builders on the commercial-construction side. That background is the whole reason we do commercial floors — we already know what an industrial spec looks like, what gets value-engineered out by the wrong contractor, and what it costs you when the floor fails three years in.

Every commercial system starts with the slab. Industrial diamond grinders with HEPA dust capture, crack chase and repair, joint fill, and moisture testing — the same prep discipline you’d get on a million-square-foot distribution build. From there we spec the resin and thickness to your actual traffic and chemical exposure: high-build epoxy for warehouses, urethane mortar for kitchens, full-broadcast flake for shops, polished concrete for showrooms.

And because your building doesn’t stop running when we show up, every job is phased and zoned around your operating hours — nights, weekends, shutdown windows, whatever it takes. You get a written scope, a written phasing plan, and the Triumph Concrete Coatings team answering the phone the whole way through.

Industries We Coat

Built for the Floors
South Jersey Businesses Run On.

Six categories we install regularly. If your space isn’t on the list, call us anyway — if it’s a concrete slab, we’ve probably specced it before.

Warehouses & Distribution

High-build epoxy or urethane systems engineered for forklift, pallet-jack, and reach-truck traffic, painted safety lines, and long uninterrupted runs.

Automotive & Repair Shops

Full-broadcast flake epoxy with a chemical-resistant urethane topcoat. Stands up to oil, brake fluid, gas, hot tires, and dropped tools.

Retail Showrooms

Polished and densified concrete or designer epoxy in showroom-clean satin or gloss finishes. Looks high-end, cleans like glass.

Restaurant Kitchens

Cementitious urethane mortar with integral coved base — rated for hot oils, sanitizers, food acids, and a wash-down every shift.

Industrial Facilities

Heavy-duty multi-coat systems for manufacturing floors, mechanical rooms, and process areas. Slip ratings, chemical ratings, and thickness specced to the job.

Retail & Light Commercial

Storage rooms, back-of-house, gyms, salons, dispensaries, and small commercial spaces — clean, durable, easy to maintain.

System Options

Four Commercial Systems We Install

We don’t sell one system and pretend it fits every building. The resin, the thickness, and the topcoat get matched to the actual traffic and chemicals on your floor.

Why Triumph for Commercial

A floor that holds under
real commercial load.

Forklift & Pallet-Jack Rated

High-build systems engineered for hard-wheel and steer-wheel traffic. No tracking, no roll-up, no edge chipping at racking columns.

Chemical & Oil Resistance

Shrugs off motor oil, hydraulic fluid, gasoline, brake fluid, road salt, sanitizers, and most plant-floor chemicals. Specced to your actual exposure.

Slip-Resistant Options

Aluminum-oxide aggregate broadcast or non-skid additives sized for wet areas, kitchens, and ramp surfaces — with documented ASTM slip ratings.

Easy to Clean & Sanitize

Seamless, non-porous topcoats wash down with a deck brush and a mop. No grout lines, no mortar joints, no bacteria-trapping seams.

Minimal Disruption

Phased and zoned around your operating hours — nights, weekends, and shutdown windows. Fast-cure systems get you back to work the next shift.

True Commercial-Grade Prep

Industrial diamond grinding, crack chase and repair, joint fill, and moisture testing — the same prep discipline that decides whether the floor lasts.

How a Commercial Job Runs

The Four-Step Commercial Install

Crew on the job from the site walk to the walk-through. Phased around your operating hours, documented in writing at every step.

01

Site Walk & Scope

the Triumph Concrete Coatings team walks the floor with you, maps traffic and chemical exposure, checks the slab condition, and writes a system spec and phasing plan that matches how you actually use the space.

02

Off-Hours Diamond Grinding & Repair

Industrial grinders with HEPA dust capture run on nights and weekends. Cracks chased, joints filled, spalled areas patched — commercial-grade prep that holds.

03

Industrial Base Coat

High-build two-component epoxy, urethane, or cementitious mortar laid down per spec — full coverage, full thickness, no thin spots. Aggregate broadcast where slip-rating is required.

04

Topcoat & ASTM Walk-Through

Chemical-resistant urethane or polyaspartic topcoat seals the system. We do a written walk-through with slip-rating documentation before you take the floor back.

FAQ

Commercial Floor Coating
Questions, Answered.

Yes — that’s what these systems are built for. We spec high-build epoxy or urethane (typically 25–60 mils) over a fully diamond-ground profile. Hard-wheel pallet jacks and forklifts are exactly the load case the materials are engineered for. We’ll match the system thickness and topcoat to your actual traffic so you don’t pay for more floor than you need or end up with less than you do.

During the site walk we map the actual chemicals on your floor — motor oil, hydraulic fluid, brake cleaner, food acids, quat sanitizers, road salt, whatever it is. Then we spec the resin chemistry to match. Standard epoxy handles most automotive and warehouse exposure. Urethane and novolac systems get specced where solvents or food-grade chemicals are in play. The system is built for your floor, not a generic catalog page.

Yes. For kitchens and food prep areas we install cementitious urethane mortar with an integral coved base running up the walls — the standard for hot-oil exposure, food acids, daily sanitizer wash-downs, and floor-drain detail. Slip-resistance is built in via aggregate broadcast and documented with an ASTM slip rating before we sign off.

That’s the whole point. We phase and zone commercial jobs around your schedule — nights, weekends, and shutdown windows. Diamond grinders run on HEPA-shrouded vacuum capture so we can work in occupied buildings. Fast-cure resins let us hand back zones overnight where the schedule needs it. The Triumph Concrete Coatings team lays out the phasing during the site walk so you know exactly when each area is offline.

It depends on the system and the zone size, but most commercial jobs cure to foot traffic in 4–12 hours and full vehicle and forklift traffic in 24–72 hours after the final coat. With fast-cure polyaspartic or urethane topcoats we can hand a zone back the next shift. We’ll put the cure schedule on paper before you sign off so there’s no guessing.

Anything from a 1,500 sq ft auto bay or restaurant kitchen up through 30,000+ sq ft warehouse runs. The Triumph Concrete Coatings team brings commercial construction experience, so phasing a multi-zone job around an operating business is normal work for us — not a stretch. If we’re not the right fit for the scope, we’ll tell you that straight up at the site walk.

Talk to the Team

Commercial work is a different conversation.

Phasing, chemical exposure, slip ratings, downtime windows — that’s a conversation with the Triumph Concrete Coatings team, not a call center. They’ll walk your floor, write up a real scope, and tell you straight if we’re the right fit.
