Same prep discipline. Same crew on site. The residential side just gets the homeowner-friendly version of the same workflow.

Commercial-Grade Prep
Diamond grinding on every floor — never an acid wash. That’s the part of a coating you’ll never see and the part that decides whether it lasts.
Crew on Every Job
The Triumph Concrete Coatings crew runs the grinder and pours the coat directly. No rotating crews, no subcontractors. You meet the team doing the work.
Free On-Site Estimates
We come look at the slab, talk through options, and leave a written price. No high-pressure scripts, no “sign tonight” nonsense.
Polyurea / Polyaspartic Only
No old-school epoxy on residential floors. Polyaspartic systems are roughly four times tougher, cure faster, and resist UV yellowing.
Real Surface Repair
Cracks, joints, spalled edges, and pits get chased, filled, and feathered before any color goes down. A coating hides nothing.
Written Warranty
Every install ships with a written workmanship warranty. Not a verbal promise — an actual document, signed and dated.
